A bold year-in-review piece created for Dare.

The recap was built around two key shots designed to set the tone and showcase technical range. The opening sequence begins with a fully CGI drone view of Barcelona, transitioning seamlessly through a window into a real-world shot, blurring the line between digital and live action.

The second shot focused on transformation. We were tasked with replacing a person using AI, turning them into a gorilla — a process driven by artificial intelligence and carefully refined through VFX compositing to ensure realism, continuity, and impact.

Together, both shots encapsulate the spirit of the year: technical experimentation, seamless integration, and bold visual storytelling.
